Neighbors of Belknap Lookout supports development that aligns with the needs and desires of the Belknap neighborhood. 

NOBL values transparency and true community engagement. Developers wishing to build in Belknap are encouraged to communicate with NOBL early on in the development process so that we can discuss community engagement strategies.

NOBL seeks development projects that support home ownership opportunities.  

Developers seeking a letter of support for the Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Brownfield Redevelopment Authority, or any other body MUST present to NOBL’s Community Development Committee, which meets every 4th Monday at 6pm at the NOBL Clubhouse. To attend, please contact us at your earliest convenience and include a filled out copy of the NOBL Community Development Scorecard.
