Get rid of your junk for free at the Belknap Dumpster Day! We provide the dumpsters, you bring the junk. Simply drive up and unload. This is a free community event offered in partnership between Neighbors of Belknap Lookout and the City of Grand Rapids.
LOCATION:• 770 Lafayette Ave NE (the old gas station)
• Enter the site from Prospect to Bradford. Access will not be permitted directly off of Lafayette nor eastbound on Bradford.
OPEN TO BELKNAP RESIDENTS ONLY:
• You MUST show proof of Belknap residency. Each neighborhood has their own dumpster day event. This one is just for Belknap/Monroe North.

DUMPSTER DAY GUIDELINES:
• You are expected to assist with unloading the vehicle.
• Trailers and u-hauls are NOT allowed!
• Scrap metal recycling WILL be available.
• Electronic recycling WILL be available!
• Cardboard boxes must be broken down prior to arrival.
• Items NOT accepted include: Hazardous materials, tires, yard waste, sod, broken concrete, wood, asphalt, oil, gas, paint, hot ashes, or acid. Visit ReimagineTrash.org to find out where you can take those items.
