Plot fee: There will not be a required plot fee. We are however encouraging donations of $20 for plot use to fund garden supplies and help our garden grow. Any amount donated whether greater or smaller based on your means would be greatly appreciated. All donations from this form will go towards the garden.
Typically this field would be used to mention if the gift is in honor or memory of someone. It's also a great place to make general comments.
Photo permission: From time to time gardeners will take photos of the garden. By checking the photo box above, you give your permission for your photo to be reproduced and/or published.

Phone & email: a gardener phone number and email list will be shared with all gardeners. By checking the phone and email box above, you give your permission for your phone number and email to be shared with all gardeners.

Communal garden responsibilities: I agree to regularly tend my plot and attend garden work weekends. I have marked my calendar for possible work days on the second Saturday of each month (April-October). I will also help with the garden as a whole. If I am unable to attend scheduled work weekends I will participate in communal garden tasks a different time or day the week of the work day, or allow other gardeners to tend my plot during the communal work session according to the community agreement. By checking the work days box above, you agree to this section.

Guidelines and liability: By checking the guidelines box above, I agree that I have read the Gardener Guidelines and will abide by these rules. I understand that neither the NOBL Collaborative Garden group nor the owners of the land are responsible for my actions. I, therefore, agree to hold harmless the NOBL Collaborative Garden and owners of the land for any liability, damage, loss, or claim in connection with use of the garden by me or my guests.
NOBL's email list is used primarily to keep our members and interested parties up to date on the latest news, events, and opportunities for involvement in the neighborhood. You will typically receive no more than one or two e-mails per month, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Your contact information will not be traded, given, or sold to any other organization or entity for commercial purposes but may be included in a member directory to facilitate communication among neighbors.
