About NOBL
Neighbors of Belknap Lookout (aka “NOBL”, pronounced noble) is a resident-led non-profit organization in Northeast Grand Rapids. We have been building community in the Belknap Lookout neighborhood since 1980!
Our mission is “to advocate for and enhance the quality of life in the Belknap Lookout neighborhood.”
We organize community-building programs and events such as neighborhood cleanup days and parties in our parks. We plant flowers and trees. We work with neighborhood volunteers and create neighborhood leaders. We promote public safety activities. We operate the Belknap Collaborative Garden, run the Belknap Tool Library, and facilitate neighborhood committees.
NOBL is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
