Belknap’s Jay Camp Memorial Tool Library is open on Saturdays from 9am – 12pm, or by appointment.
The library is located in the basement of the NOBL office. 700 Clancy Ave NE. Access is off Fairbanks.
Tools available include: Lawn mower, weed whipper, yard tools, power washer, ladder, drills, sanders, and more.
The catalog is growing as needs and requests come in. Let us know if if you want a particular tool!
